Weekly Speaking Reflection HW 02
Today is September 5,I and my conversation partner meet in commons. This is our first conversation. We introduce ourselves at beginning. His name is John Bajacan. He is an immigration from Philippines when he was seven years old. His major is chemical at VCU. He is a nice guy and has patience. If I can’t understand what he said, he will explain for me. He helps me correct my pronunciation and words during our conversation, and he also teach me some new words. (ex. Swamped with work) During our conversation, he meet many his friends in commons. They also join us and talk. His friends are very nice, and we talk about many things. It is very fun and I got new information from them. They told me that commons broadcast movie on every weekends. I can get much information from bulletin board in commons. Our conversation lasts one and a half hours. This is a nice time on Friday afternoon. Thank you, John ~
After dinner, I and my friends walk to Broad St. and join the First Friday on 9 p.m. This is a big festival in this month. We saw the fashion show and visit several galleries.
